A unique take on our Angelica dessert wine!, the Gabriel is created in the same traditional Angelica style, with brandy added to arrest fermentation, leaving 14% residual sugar. Barreled for 10 years in 100% new French Oak.
Made with 100% Mission grapes from the Lori Kautz Vineyard in Calaveras County and picked at much lower brix levels than traditionally picked for our Angelica.
