A very unique Rose crafted from our Estate Barbera. This Rose is bright and fruit forward with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. The finish lingers from the beautiful bright acidity and would pair nicely with Smoked Salmon or Ahi Ceviche, yet resolves with a surprisingly soft, rounded finish, accented by lingering notes of strawberry jam.
