Credit Card Authorization: I hereby authorize Miraflores Winery to charge my credit card on file the 1st of the month (following business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday) for each Wine Club release within this Wine Club (including any applicable Sales Tax, CRV, Shipping Charges, or other fees associated with my Wine Club release).
Minimum Commitment: I hereby agree to purchase a minimum of 4 Wine Club releases within this Wine Club.
Cancellation: I understand that I may cancel my Wine Club membership at any time by contacting Miraflores Winery via phone or email (club@mirafloreswinery.com) -or- by canceling online via my Miraflores Winery website account.
Early Cancellation: Upon canceling my Wine Club membership prior to completing the “Minimum Commitment” above, I hereby authorize Miraflores Winery to charge my credit card on file for the total of the Wine Club product discounts I have received during my Wine Club membership to date.
Product Substitutions: I hereby understand that I may substitute a Product within my Wine Club release by contacting Miraflores Winery via phone, email (club@mirafloreswinery.com) or in-person at Miraflores Winery -or- via my Miraflores Winery website account (prior to the Wine Club release being charged to my credit card on file). If a Product I have selected as a substitute is greater or less than the original Product within my Wine Club release, I hereby agree to pay the difference -or- receive a credit for the difference to be added to my Miraflores Winery Account.
Product Availability: I hereby acknowledge that Miraflores Winery is not liable for wines within a Wine Club release that have not been picked up for 3 months or more. If a Product within a Wine Club release is no longer available (that has been charged to my credit card on file), Miraflores Winery will offer me a different Product as a substitution, and I hereby agree to pay the difference -or- receive a credit for the difference to be added to my Miraflores Winery Account.
